orderd Ice coffee at 1:05 pm and did not get it untill 20 after 1 pm . staff said shift change. I disagree I have been drive through and same problem and it was 2 month earlier wait was to long for a drink. the manager need to get ahold of this problem ! its a nice store to see it go to waist of poor service .
and the price for med ice coffee is 3 bucks where in Lenoir city I get a large for 2 bucks so the cost is not worth your poor service you give...read full review
