Had 2 orders. Completely messed up my second order. When asked to have it fixed was given cold fries and non carbonated dr pepper.. had to honk to even get the worker to come back to the window cause she just tossed out our order turned and shut the window. Tried calling to have this issue fixed or have my money refunded but no one wants to pick up the phone. Trash ass place DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

As usual I did an uber delivery and I was surprised to have no mistakes! Most of my deliveries from various restaurants have left off items, sometimes a complete meal. It is impossible to get a refund with Uber. Doordash is much more accommodating, but Uber has more restaurant choices. Tonight The bag was sealed, which I loved and the food arrived warm. They remembered every sauce and sent napkins! The only small thing is they didn't send ketchup, which I think should be mandatory with fries. there was not an option on the app to ask for ketchup.Overall, they did a great job.

All the food was like it was sitting out all day, if not longer. Tasteless and stale. The cheeseburger didn't have a patty, and the Sprite only had the corbonated water, no flavor syrup.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to- orders are never correct, fries and sandwiches are cold and obviously been sitting under the warmers way too long. If you compare their pricing it’s also more expensive than the other McDonald’s in surrounding towns. We never go to McDonalds unless we are out of Sweetwater as this is by far the worst franchised and managed location that has yet to improve in the 5 years I’ve lived here. you’ve been warned.
