The food did not only look awful it tasted awful and I'm also dealing with severe food poisoning the day after. Painful painful night of no sleep. I would suggest finding another pizza option rather than this corporate hell hole.

Service was good. Taller female employee/waitress was nice as always. Lunch buffet sucked today. Sauce was kinda bitter. Here's the real complaint. To watch an employee stuff her face with food while she's making the same food that is being served on the lunch buffet is bullshit. Not professional and one could only think the health department may have a problem with those working habits. Also you don't step up to the cash register to assist a paying customer with your mouth full of pizza.

They were swamped with orders when I got there. Not dine in, but grub hub and uber eats. It took them a few minutes to take my order, so when I got my personal pan pizza, it was loaded up with toppings to make up for my wait. Very happy with the staff there.

This place is a damn joke . Th employee spent more time bitching about how they didn’t have any help than actually doing what she needed t do about it !! Complained very loudly the whole time we were in there. Took 10 minutes to even get a drink and another 15 before she took our order. Ordered a double order of the garlic roasted cheese sticks and a large super supreme pizza with no onions…when we finally got food the bread sticks were over cooked and cold and pizza dough on pizza was still partially raw and pizza was loaded with onions… A group of 6 people came in about 10 minutes after us. They sat 20 minutes and she never even got their drink order , so they walked out.. Two other groups of people also came in and left from no service . Along with the other three that got out of their vehicles to come in but just left when the people leaving told them about what was going on…DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM ANY PIZZAHUT !!!

So I try to place the order online, kicks me out I called the store. They only have one delivery driver. Worker tells me drivers out, so if you want something you have to pick it up. Ok do you have any deals in store like there is online? Reply’s there’s no deals in the store except stuffed crust. My issue is if you say you can’t deliver, but I can get the price if I order it online. As an employee or a manager, why wouldn’t you just match the price? Make it make sense. I swear common sense is less common these days. Shouldn’t be that much trouble ordering a pizza.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and have been disappointed.* Now it's the 3RD time. It had been so long since I had ordered from here I figured that things HAD to have improved. I was wrong. Again with the boneless wings!! Overcooked AGAIN but this time they were just thrown into a flimsy paper tray FOR DELIVERY! By the time it reached us, there was almost no sauce in the tray so the boneless wings were half dry. Why can't you toss them in the sauce and provide plastic containers? The "melt" was NOT melty as it, too was overcooked and dry. It had literal black spots on it and was hard as a rock. I'm always so disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Three strikes and you're out kind's thing.
No more eating in. Only pick up. I go for dine in with family not to pick up and have it cold before I get home

The food was great, employees were awesome, we ate in the lobby, and the crew told us they had no wait staff that night, but that did not stop us, and the employees welcomed us to dine in, and took care of us. The guy (did not get his name) apologized to us for not having a wait staff. He welcomed us, and kept checking on us. We loved our time there. Best visit in a very long time.

Food was all wrong we had it delivered at work we tried to get it fixed so co workers could get their meal but could not reach anyone but their new line that puts you to the Pizza Hut for some reason and they hung up on us repeatedly when we said complaint! The actual Pizza Hut restaurant would have probably fix the problem if we were actually put through if this is how they plan to continue to do business then you lost me.
