Sweetwater Pizza Hut is the worst run store that I have ever been in. If you don’t order online to go, you get no service the manager stands there with his hands in his pocket and won’t even pour you a drink if you order pizza and eat it inside absolutely no service.

Four of us came in about a half hour to close and the staff was very nice and still served us. We dined in and had a wonderful experience and loved the classic Pizza Hut look and feel of the restaurant. If you're in the area and want a little nostalgia this is definitely the place to go.

It was a typical Pizza Hut buffet. I think the pizza is better when you order from the menu but the buffet is nice when you have several people who like very different toppings. Everyone was pretty happy and full when we left

Ordered on the app. Waited an hour for pickup like it told me. When I get to the store, manager says they have no record of me ordering and refused to give me the food I paid for or refund me the $30 I spent. Now I have no food. Customer service said to wait 5 days and hope money goes back to my bank. Don't order pick up and expect to arrive and get your food.
Closed fryers early. (30 mins before close) Fryers are easy to filter. Wouldn't care but employee lied about attempting to contact so here we are.

The food did not only look awful it tasted awful and I'm also dealing with severe food poisoning the day after. Painful painful night of no sleep. I would suggest finding another pizza option rather than this corporate hell hole.

Service was good. Taller female employee/waitress was nice as always. Lunch buffet sucked today. Sauce was kinda bitter. Here's the real complaint. To watch an employee stuff her face with food while she's making the same food that is being served on the lunch buffet is bullshit. Not professional and one could only think the health department may have a problem with those working habits. Also you don't step up to the cash register to assist a paying customer with your mouth full of pizza.

They were swamped with orders when I got there. Not dine in, but grub hub and uber eats. It took them a few minutes to take my order, so when I got my personal pan pizza, it was loaded up with toppings to make up for my wait. Very happy with the staff there.
