At this location I was disappointed. The first screen that I drove up to was broken. So I had to pull around and go to another screen. That screen was on but the screen was frozen with someone else's order on it. I pushed the button and placed my order. What the employee that was very disgruntle and didn't care for customer service. Waited an extremely long time to get my food, and when I got it, the tater tots tasted like rubber, and my hamburger was cold. And since the screen was broken, I could not pay with a credit card while at my stall, the attendant had to take my credit card inside to swap the card, which I do not like at all. I went to the restroom just to discover that this was not clean either. I've been to plenty of Sonics around my area, and this has got to be the worst one yet. I'm glad I was just visiting and passing through, because I would not come back to this restaurant even though I really love me some Sonic. On the plus side, my milkshake was perfect.

1-medium blast is $8. All the candy was on top and not mixed at all. They gave us 2 wrong drinks and no spoons. The carhop was super nice and fixed everything.

Subject: Repeated Poor Experience at [Sonic Sweetwater TN ]

This is the third time I’ve given this Sonic location a chance, hoping the first experience was just an off day. On our second visit, staff explained they were short-staffed, so I gave them grace and returned again. Unfortunately, the service and food quality have been consistently disappointing.

Order details:
1. Double burger with no cheese, with mayo, and tater tots
2. Big Dill Double with no cheese, no onions, tots, and chicken bites

What we received:
• The first burger had cheese, no mayo, and was overloaded with 9 pickles. It was not the Big Dill burger but had the dill sauce on it.
• The second burger, which was supposed to be the Big Dill, had one pickle and no fried pickles at all.
• The tater tots were cold, and my medium order had maybe 7 tots total.
• Staff was rude and unhelpful on two of our three visits.
• When I called, the manager said I could bring the food back for a refund — but I live 30 minutes away, which is unreasonable.

After three failed visits, I can honestly say this is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I tried to be understanding, but the repeated mistakes, poor customer service, and lack of food quality are unacceptable.

I ordered a cream slush and they brought me 3 separate drinks all of which were not the correct item so I settled on a m&m blast and still wait for over 45 minutes just for those item. I’ll never be back this way stupid.

When I go after 10:30 pm my burger is always cold (like they just pulled it out of the fridge and didn't heat it up).

Drove up to the drive-thru where there was one other car, ordered 2 very ordinary drinks, could not hear the guy on the speaker. I asked him a few times to please speak up that I could not hear him. He then stopped communicating at all. I drove to the window where I watched him stack 6 or 8 drinks on the window ledge (there were a couple cars lined up behind me by now), all while we waited for ours. After about 15 minutes of us trying to flag him down every time he'd walk toward the window and him ignoring us, we drove away with no drinks!
We drove to the Athens location and got top notch service!

Got our food, everything tasted like it was made the day before, our order was wrong, and I ordered nerds for my drink, and they brought them back out in a cup with literally 8 needs, that costed $.70, and had attitude the whole time. Mgmt needs to get that store together, or it’ll end up closed down

Absolutely terrible customer service! They messed up our order 3 different times and were giving out rude looks when we corrected them. The burger buns were super soggy and gross.

Very retro restaraunt. However soda was the most disgusting I have ever have. Though that is just personally. Was wayyyyy to sweet. I DO NOT recommend the cherry and creme soda.
