The server was kind and very polite, and we didn't have a long wait. I had an online order. I'm giving 4 stars because the condiments were not correct on the cheeseburgers. BUT, the food was still good.
My order was wrong. The employee was very apologetic and hurried to correct it. Once my right order arrived, I was pleased to see that my substitution was right (since most places get it wrong).Then I got home and realized that my non-substituted meal was completely wrong. Luckily I had the stuff in my house and doctor it up enough to eat it.4 stars because they were super busy and tried to make it right without attitude or excuses. I would have gave 5 stars if the other meal...
Everytime I pull in to this sonic never once did I leave review but now in the morning when I show up there was this great kid name Zack brought my food made me realized that I should of tip him because drive thru restaurants don't offer ketchup anymore or condiments they wait til you say something. So today Zack change the whole sonic service up by offering ketchup thank you zack
