These are the cheese fries they’re going to charge you extra for. This Wendy’s used to be my favorite spot in this little town but recently the quality of their food has god down hill a lot. After this, I’m done giving them more chances.

**ATTN MANAGEMENT** Your Store/Place is a Joke! They spend more time on their phones and kissing in the freezer rooms than they do helping customers and making food! Drive thru took 25 minutes for 1 combo meal…. Forgot the fries….. went back inside and had to WAIT 20 minutes!?!? JUST FOR SOMEONE TO COME UP TO THE FRONT!!! Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Had to hit the one star to get my comment on here but I don't even give them one star. This was at tazewell tenn Wendys. The guy that waited on us did a good job but the rest of the people stood around doing nothing. we ordered a large chili and a small chili. The large had a few beans no meat, the small had two or three beans no meat.. Just chili liquid nothing in it. When I have ordered chili from wendys in middlesboroKY, it would be full of meat and beans, won't be going back to Wendy's in tazewell

They suck I door dashed food from there and they messed up my entire order and this has happened many times but when I call they give me the same snarky answer you need to speak to door dash about that like what it’s not door dash fault for messing my order up if I can recall YALL MAKE THE DAMN ORDER. So it’s YOUR fault. Let’s also not forget they have the most horrible workers they always sound mean, they don’t sound happy like I get it it’s you probably work the most longest hours but y’all can smile for once in your life. Overall don’t order from here unless you want your order to be wrong. I recommend going to Hardee’s at this point they always seem to be nice at least.

Thanks to poor quality product wendys no longer has a thick and juicy they now serve flattened overcooked and chewy burgers. McDonald's and has 5x better burgers. Just a cheese burger is better. The manager is a great gal and hard working.

Today 12/07/24 between 1 and 1:30 so roughly lunchtime I went here with my son. Like everyone they have 2 drive through windows. A pay window and a pick up window. Seems like they never use the pay window anymore and today being a busy Saturday afternoon it was a mess. My son ordered a chicken nugget meal and I ordered a double cheeseburger and large chili. When we got home I started taking it out of the bag and no large chili but they gave me a small chili. No double cheeseburger at all. They did get my son’s food correct. I hope they enjoy the 10 dollars or so they beat me out of today. I tried calling the phone number listed on this website and after around 10 rings it went to voicemail. No I’m finished with this Wendy’s forever. Looks like they are slowly going out of business anyway but I’m certain I’ll never go back again.

Slowest place in town that servers pink burgers. Last time I went they double charged me for fries that come with the comb I ordered but the manager said nothing and couldn't understand the issue.

The chili is not good anymore, it use to have meat and beans in it but now it's like tomato soup. The burger was so dry.....very disappointed in the food.
