We ordered at the drive thru where they seemed to be so annoyed that we had even pulled up to order. Then, they managed to forget a large fry in an order that consisted of 5 items. So now I have to drive back, get out of my vehicle and ask for them to get my large fry. While I was inside, I noticed all of the employees are standing in a circle just talking and ignoring the couple customers waiting on the front counter. I had asked for two cups of ranch and the lady proceeds to get an attitude with me and say “did you not get ranch with your meal?” While standing there I observed two kitchen employees who had no gloves on, touch their face and continue to handle food. Unacceptable and disgusting. Then I watched them gather outside and hit a nicotine vape out on the patio with guests about. Very unprofessional and very unfortunate that they have not a single employee with any drive, discipline, or integrity. I will never come back. Don’t waste your time here.

Went through the drive thru and did not receive all of our food so we drove around the building and back to the window and the kept saying that we got all of our order. We did not and my combo looked pitiful. So we decided to just leave . They even got the chicken sandwich wrong it was supposed to be original not spicy also we ordered 2 not one. There should have been more fries and the burger looks like it was slapped together.

There was very little parking available (I had to drive around twice. I met with friends and we had to sit outside. There was a group of people (some employees) outside too and they were talking loud and talking about very inappropriate conversations.

This sounds so petty I know but still. What’s the point of offering pick up service through door dash if I’m not allowed to come through the drive thru. Every single fast food restaurant I order pick up through allows me to go through the drive thru, show them my phone and I confirm my order for them and they give me my food. But not at Wendy’s you have to go in and get it. Like no it’s not hard for me to stop and park and come in, but still that’s the point of a drive thru. And if you say it’s because people are stealing door dash orders don’t get me started. I have to show you and confirm infront of you if you have and issue with orders being stolen it’s because the employees aren’t confirming like they are supposed to be. Don’t take away a service from customers because your employees can’t do the right thing.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve had. 1 sign said FYI we have no lettuce. Ok but grocery store within walking distance. 2 French fries cold and hard. 3 hamburger overcooked and dry, one tomato ( the butt end) size of ping pong ball around, small dab of catchup and mayonnaise. Large root beer was flat and didn’t taste anything like a root beer, I dumped it out! I’m regular Wendy’s customer. First time to this location.

placed a doordash order for over $30 they said they did not have it. Offered no solution to help resolve. had to contact doordash for them to call the store but the store would not answer the phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
