I would like to say thank you to the gentleman that paid for my families lunch today @ the crow's nest at Blue springs. We try making this trip yearly on the kids birthday because they like going to Sand Island and for lunch they pick a place on the river to eat. First timers at Crows Nest this past weekend, our waitress was a joy to be around, (wish I had gotten her name). Larry, not sure if he is the owner or what, was not friendly at all. We had been on the lake fishing all day, came there just to eat and get gas, website says they shut gas down at 6, we were there to get gas at 5. don't know what changed from last year, but Alfredo was bland, burgers were very bland, fries and onion rings were great, service was slow but good.
