I would like to say thank you to the gentleman that paid for my families lunch today @ the crow's nest at Blue springs. We try making this trip yearly on the kids birthday because they like going to Sand Island and for lunch they pick a place on the river to eat. Last year we went to the crowd nest, so that's what Kenzie wanted to do for her birthday today. Little did we know that a nice gentleman would be picking up our bill. The food was very good. I had stuffed tilapia with various sides and appetizers.
Everyone in our party were happy with the food. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a marina, or seaside restaurant. Delightful eclectic ruggedness, with trinkets and details everywhere to keep you visually entertained. The staff we interacted with were energetic and happy. No complaints whatsoever.

Just an overall nice place to eat to get away and enjoy the atmosphere. Great food w/excellent sides, employees, atmosphere, pricing. We are working our way thru the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Keep it up!
