Friendly Staff and Bartender. I did the tasting and was pleasantly surprised by the cask strength whiskey. They have a really cool story and some great quality whiskey. Price for bottles is a little high I think starting around $50-60. So it’s not just Jack Daniel’s Sour Mash ok? But you are definitely paying for higher quality. I didn’t care for their vodka that much, it had a very high alcohol profile and taste. Reminded me more of white lightning moonshine.

10/10 experience. Lovely staff & great sense of community here. I subbed for a trivia host & I am so happy I made the drive over. Stellar moonshine margaritas & the kindest service I’ve ever experienced. Once I walked in, I immediately felt like I was apart of a family. All the regulars & staff were super welcoming. Can’t wait to bring people here to try the drinks. Also, the space is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Located across from the Townsend Historical Center, It’s a 10 out of 10 experience. Please remember it’s a small business and be patient but so much fun. John our guide and counselor for questions and tastings answering all. We are not allowed to go back into the small distillery area but it’s clear glass and you can see the activity going on. The outside area is stunning and inviting for children and animals to play around while you’re visiting and a small food options are available. The food is operated by an outside vendor source and can be a little slow because they can get very busy even on a Sunday afternoon. Fresh and fabulous water is free and don’t be shy about doing a table share with strangers because I believe if you are open to it you will become fast friends before the event is over. The tasting will only take about 15 minutes or so but they will not rush you out if you choose to have food or something else to drink (Coke products available as well). This is a spirits company but they do a great job making the outside area and offering a relaxing atmosphere for everyone so I hope you enjoy. I personally had so much water and food I floated out of there but I was not treated anyway different than the others that had partake in the spirits.

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The entire experience felt like we were an inconvenience. We ordered sandwiches from the order window and the man making the sandwiches was overwhelmed and rightfully so. He took the order, charged for the order, made the food, and delivered the food. The remainder of the staff remained inside with no help to him. He verbalized how tough it was to work there. I sympathize with him as we experienced the worst service imaginable. The female bartender was extremely rude and offered no service to us while there. I would save your money and go elsewhere. Be warned.
