Everything about this place is wonderful! Our favorite place to dine. Only complaint would be the LOUD and I mean LOUD talking and laughing coming from nearby table . They were so loud they drowned out the festive singers, singing Christmas carols! Couldn't hear singer at all!
My wife and I live 6-7 minutes away, and have eaten here 20-25 times over the last 3 years. Historically we generally rate it 5 stars across the board, but our most recent visit fell short in a couple of areas. (1) Their menu is fairly limited and very rarely changes. At most top rated restaurants, I generally opt for a fish / seafood dish, and here the only fish option is usually the Trout & Grits (more below). My wife and our friends and family have enjoyed eating at Dancing Bear over the years. Our recent visit was no exception. Our waiter Scott was excellent. The food choices are always different and excellent.
