We throughly enjoyed our meal here. The food was wonderful ! Our steak had a wonderful flavor, the ginger dressing was great and the rice was perfect! We will definitely be back !

What a great little place for Japanese delights in Townsend. This is a small, tidy, cute restaurant with very friendly staff, wonderful food and a nice atmosphere. Three of us ordered two dishes to share, the noodles with chicken and a steak & shrimp hibachi plate. Plenty of food for the 3 of us and we couldn't finish it all. Both dishes had great flavor with fresh ingredients and came out hot from the grill. The steak, shrimp and veggies on the hibachi plate were wonderfully charred and I even liked the zucchini which is one of my least favorite foods. Overall a great find in the Townsend area away from the overdone touristy places in Pigeon Forge. Thanks East Cuisine Cafe for a wonderful dinner!

Sushi is a great addition to the Townsend TN restaurant selection. The menu has a very good selection, and the food is very good. It is a small hard working family owned and operated business. I love the Richie roll and sometimes the sashimi appetizer. My husband loves the Smoky Mountain Roll. The Volcano Roll is also delicious.

I would have never expected that the best sushi in our area is in Townsend! The fish was fresh and beautifully prepared with nicely seasoned rice that complemented the flavors. We're planning to visit again soon to try the noodles, if they're anywhere near as good as the sushi, it's going to be a treat!

What a great place. The food is so good and fresh and the service is spot on! We eat here every time we are in Townsend. Love it. Highly recommend the hibachi steak and chicken.
