Past three times, the pizza has been uncooked. Dough was raw. Pizza is awful
isn't made to your order specifications.staff is nasty and rude.still closed for covid no gloves or masks.the whole phone process and waiting outside is definitely NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE....🤢
We visited Townsend back in February of this year and we ordered pizza on the Pizza Hut app. The food was good. Fast forward four months, we are back home. We order Pizza Hut from the app and it accidentally sends the order to Townsend because that is the last place we ordered from. Totally our mistake. We tried to call the Townsend store to Vance the order and they would not answer the phone. Even talked to corporate and they couldn’t help cancel the order. Very poor...read full review
