Just got into town and wanted something quick and easy for a lot of people. I ordered on the app and then picked it up. The lady at the counter was friendly and my order was accurate and done at the time the app said it would be. Pizza tasted like Pizza Hut pizza. Parking can get a little tight since it's in a plaza area with other businesses. I'd go there again if needed.
The Townsend TN location is great. Bummed that they don't offer dine in due to them being short staffed. Would had preferred being able to dine in instead eating in my car. But overall the food was hot and made very well.Best Pizza Hut in east TN.

The amount of business seems to make it difficult for this location to determine what products to prep for the day. At least twice in the last two weeks my order has been made with second or third day dough. They are carrying over unused dough instead of tossing and making fresh.
