Ordered from subway tonight because I wasn’t in the mood to cook. Can’t say I’ve ever been more pleasantly surprised. I’ve gotten dinner here before and it’s been ok, but tonight was actually impressive! Our sandwiches tonight are fantastic! Great job subway!
Great service! Two men working did amazing during the parade there was a huge line and got everyone taken care of. Will be back!

I was in line to order food and before I got to order my second sandwich, I was passed up by four other people and their sandwiches were made and paid for before I could get my second order in. My sandwich was not bad but my wife’s was terrible, cold and soggy and damp because hers was made first and sat there on the counter for 15 minutes. I would have paid to take the sandwich home hot but I was not given that opportunity.

We stopped to grab sandwiches and there was a huge line all the way to the door, but Sarah and Dee did an amazing job keeping everything running despite being very understaffed during a huge rush. They were very friendly and the sandwiches were great! Shout out to Sarah and Dee you guys are awesome!

When I walked in yesterday to
grab a quick lunch I immediately noticed how warm the restaurant was, it felt like it was about 80 degrees in there. That wasn’t a big deal at the time because I was getting it to go. When I walked up to place the order I immediately noticed that the meat was not covered. Typically Subway restaurants have a clear shelf that drops over the meat to keep things fresh and cold, this one did not appear to have that. The meat was piled up high and there was puddles of water laying around the aluminum container. Usually you can see ice crystals forming around the containers that the meat sits in so there was an apparent issue with the cooler. The cheese was not piled up high like the meat but it was actually sitting in water and you could tell the cheese had melted a bit as well so that cold container was also not working either. When it came time to put the veggies on, everything I saw was brown and none of the coolers appeared visually to be working on that side either. The only one that looked cold was the condiment cooler. I was handed my sandwich and when I opened, I noticed how warm the sandwich was and it had a bad smell. I had not gotten it heated or toasted 🤢 To say the least, this was the most disgusting Subway experience that I have ever had. I promptly threw the sandwich away that I had just paid $14 for so I would not get sick. Very disappointed. This location has some major issues and should really be closed until they can get things fixed so someone doesn’t even up very sick.

Grabbed Subway for a late evening, easy supper. Had half for supper and half for lunch the next day. Guys behind the counter were friendly.

Im a New Yorker vacationing in Townsend Tennessee and decided to stop in Subway thats something mom and I enjoy one of our favorites. So anyways I have a tracheomty and have a service dog and the so called manager was giving me a hard time. She was brown hair glasses very nasty. Not only did she have issue with me but the next customer. As quiet as the town is why is she running out all her customers as long as she is there you gonna lose business. Also the one lady that was from another store was great and get apologizing to me. Also the blonde headed boy with the hickeys on his neck goes to wait on a customer who in the right mind would put gloves on and put your hair behind your ears. Not attracted.
Sandwiches were made fresh and made correctly and not messy. Great place to grab Sandwiches and take them to Smokey Mountain National Park.

We went to eat their and we do not eat meat and when we requested the guy who works their to change the gloves and make the order because he was making the orders with the same gloves and he didn’t changed his gloves for the order and excused it with the hot weather inside the building and said it will take foreaver to change them !!!

Bless their hearts. They tried really hard. Major issues with their technology. Food was fine. Just very chaotic.

Every table dirty. Visible crumbs on the entire floor. Bathrooms were so gross we threw out our food and left after seeing them. Employees just sitting in the back instead of cleaning the lobby while there were no customers. I should have just waited in the long line at Burger Masters.
I was a bit hesitant about stopping here after reading previous reviews but we had a great visit. We had just arrived and just wanted to get a quick sandwich. There only appeared to be 2 employees but the young lady who served us was very friendly. We had a nice little chat about recent travels and she was very nice. The food was good but by 8 pm they were out of meatballs so I didn't get the meatball sub I wanted but the turkey was good!

What kind of pizza joint closes at 8pm on a Friday night? This one apparently. They are notorious for closing without notice at odd hours. Now, perhaps there was an emergency, or maybe the owner doesn't want to pay a living wage, or some other reason. This isn't the first time this place burned us, but it will be the last.

Sign and website shows 10 pm, showed up at 9:35 and the door was locked. The employees were literally standing at the counter staring at us. If you're closed then why are you still there sucking up the Timeclock?
