Never going here again. 2 $10 subs cost $35 with a $6tip automatically added for slapping meat on bread. Im all for tipping but that was like 30% before taxes for literally doing nothing. What a rip off. Next time I'll drive to town and get publix or jersey mikes for that price. Ps yall put so much salt on our subs we didn't even eat half.

Multiple staff members inside when I came in and not one greeting. Coworkers happy to talk to each other but not customers. When the older woman took my order she only asked what I wanted and the total. No greeting or thank you. This is the south, research southern hospitality.

It’s fast food, so you get exactly what you expect in terms of quality—nothing fancy, but it hits the spot. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel a little special. The atmosphere was unique, too, with the added twist of being mixed in with an ice cream shop. It gave the place a fun, upbeat vibe. Overall, a solid spot for a quick bite with great service and a quirky setting!

Townsend closes down at 9, so finding a spot open til 10 was great with a late arrival. The woman working by herself was very kind and personable. I felt bad rolling in at 9:30, but she was so nice and said it was totally fine. She even gave me some tips and favorites around the area (we're from Ohio).

This was the 3rd time we've tried ordering from this Subway, and they are ALWAYS understaffed! They had ONE lady working and she couldn't fill the online orders due to the long line in the store! They also ran out of cookies.We would have left, but we had already paid online.
