“Great customer service. I ordered for someone in the area to go pickup. They had car trouble so I called to get it switched to delivery. The lady on the phone was able to accommodate. They accidentally delivered the wrong pizza, which was probably 100% my fault for the special accommodations; the lady apologized and made things right! Kudos to whoever the evening lady is that works Thursdays.“

“I am giving this location 5 star’s solely based on one employee, Keesha. They were super busy on this day. The app said my order should have been ready at 6:02. Entered the store at 6:04. Keesha said I wasn’t ready yet. I stood there and watched her work three positions. She went back and prepped 3 items to the other girl’s one item. She got the orders out of the oven cut them and placed them in the boxes. She did this all while she worked the register. And she carried a smile and never complained. That is the customer service that is missing in today’s society. Now this review may not get her a raise but it needs to get her something. Thank you Keesha for bringing the bar back up.“
