The Holy Cow Restaurant and gift shop is located in the unique town of Trimble, TN. Paula, the owner serves up some of the best pimento cheese that I have ever tasted. Her chicken salad also is delicious. She doesn't stop there because she can also bake some of the best desserts you will ever taste. I love her cake balls! The screened in porch is the place to be on a warm summer day. I highly recommend it for lunch.
