Ordered original Chicken, got it. But tasted like it had a lot of honey in the breading. It was good, but not expecting it to be that sweet.French Fries were way overcooked and possibly need to oil changed.Service was good, drive thru was polite. Food came out quickly.

Paid $30+ for burnt fries, a raw spicy chicken sandwich, and overcooked chicken strips. Definitely not coming back until it's fixed.

Tried to place an order thru the drive thru and was rushed through the process. Got to the window and asked for dipping sauce to go with my 8pc meal combo and was given two sauces, no butter or honey after spending 38 dollars. Terrible service.

Sunday March 4th 2024 my husband drove to kfc in Tullahoma. Not only was it ridiculously priced at $84 and some change but all he ordered was a 16 piece bucket and 6 chicken strips. He got home and realized they left out our strips and we got no biscuits. The amount of sides was so little it could only feed one person. They have messed up our order the last 5 times we have went there no joke. Too high and honestly the food has went way down in quality. I won't be going back.

We recently dinned in at KFC, and the food was pretty good and the service was decent, however I was highly upset when I went to change my son and the bathroom didn't have a changing table! I understand covid had many places closed to eat in, but they just got renovated and I couldn't believe there was no place to change my child 3yrs after covid...

Food was awful, the service was terrible, the lady with black hair and glasses was rude and charged me 65 cents for a cup and than after I paid for the cup she came to my table and said I didn't pay. I will not be going back.

My FAVS

The wife and I went through the drive through of our local KFC twice this week. The first time, a middle aged lady served us who has served us a number of times. I commented to the wife, “She is always so cheerful.”On Sunday, October the first we went through again for lunch. The teenager who waited on us was very frownful. Not the hint of a smile, not even a thank you. As we pulled away the wife said, “Wow, what an attitude.” I said, ‘yep.’About half way home we noticed they failed to put in the cole slaw I ordered. As we pulled back up I said, ‘You failed to put our cole slaw in.’ Not a word was said as she sullenly turned to go get the slaw. It was more than I could take. I told her, ‘You are going to run off business with your attitude.’ She said, “Well you yelled at me.” Totally not true. I told her as I left, ‘You need to get another job if you can’t work with the public and be kind.’ She said, “I will.”Look, I get it. She is a teen. She hates every minute that she’s there. I don’t really know who is at fault the most here. Was it a rebellious teen refusing to do as she was taught or did someone fail to tell her that a smile and a THANK YOU comes with that paycheck. I understand things get left out. I understand people have a bad day. On your worst day a smile and a thank you (As you take money out of my hand) is not too much to expect. To the manager: I would encourage you to go to the chicken restaurant right across the road from you and observe how their employees interact with their customers. Go buy something from them and take some tips on how your employees should treat YOUR customers. I like both places and I’ll be back but you really have some work to do or you have one really bad, problem employee.
