Google states that all papa John's restaurants have a military discount. I went to this one and asked about it and willing to show my ID, the cashier just said no. Then he asked the manager who was just slouching on the counter and was playing on his phone who also looked up at me then said no again. Every other Papa John's stores I've been in from Washington state all the way through to murfreesboro have all happily offered one unless they were already discounted from specials....read full review
I placed a online order picked it up food was unacceptable I called manager tried telling there wasn't an order placed so he couldn't fix my problem even though I had an order number. Basically called me a liar I even paid online through the app with the order on my phone this place is ridiculous
They always leave something out of your order and then they will not refund your money. The quality of their pizza has gone way down hill and it just isn’t good anymore. This particular location always has workers right outside the front door smoking WITH THEIR GLOVES ON and that’s just gross when it comes to food prep. Used to be our fave place but now we will not be using them again after this past experience.
