Soup in Tullahoma

“Cute little shoppe! 9:40 on a Wednesday morning. Party of 2. We obviously missed the breakfast crowd, because besides us, only one other group was there. The room does resemble an old school soda shop. Super cute. I enjoyed the French toast with coffee. Four 1/2 slices of bread dipped in egg and fried. Powdered sugar and syrup. Delicious. In my humble opinion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“My friend and I split a whole Roast beef sandwich, we also purchased 2 bowls of soup, 2 drinks and and a cookie, the total was a bit over $40. Our name was called that our order was ready. I went back up to the front to ask for an extra cup of au jus for dipping, A young lady looked at me like I was not a paying customer and said there was one on your tray. I explained we were sharing the whole sandwich and needed another cup. She said in a not so friendly tone, “I will…this time”. I thought to myself, I just spent $40 and you think you are doing me a favor to give me 1/4 cup au jus? I was not pleased at all. I found out later that she was the Asst GM, somebody needs to teach her customer service. I voiced my complaint to one of the other workers and she apologized profusely and asked if she could get us anything else, Gina cleaned our table for us and could not have been nicer.“
