They have some of the friendliest & efficient staff in all the locations. Every encounter is pleasant. And it's rare there's ever an order mix-up. 💯

This was only our 2nd time eating at a Chick-fil-A in two different states, both times the food was terrible!! I had the chicken strips meal that was cold very greasy over cooked and the strips was small and was overpriced. My wife had the chicken salad over priced for what little you got. We are pretty sure we will not be going back to eat at any of the Chick-fil-A restaurants in our travels.There are better places to eat!!

We go here a lot and it is always hot and very good. We like Popeye's Chicken Sandwich too but the nearest one is in Johnson City and that Popeye's location is horrible, the worst anywhere. No inside service and the chicken sandwiches are always dried out and cold and the employees are rude. We're glad we have this great Chick-fil-A in Greeneville.

The application says free food for workers they don’t give free food it’s half off. The hiring process is also highly sexist as only about 4 men work there with around 20 women. NO MEN IN FRONT as men aren’t pretty. They lie about hiring time too consideration is only 48 hrs not 1 week as they claim.

fast friendly great service

Have good selection of chicken & drinks. Not bad for fast food...

The chicken is good. I just wish there were more of a variety of sides and that this particular one served breakfast.

Chick-fil-A is awesome and this location is no different. They have mastered the customer service and efficiency of ordering during the pandemic. Good job to all of you and thank you for staying open!

My family loves going to this Chick-fil-a. The food is hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and efficient. I like that there is outside and inside seating. Most of the outside seating is in the shade.

I've ordered from the Chick-fil-A in Greeneville maybe 8 times, and 4 of those times my order was wrong. The first time they didn't give us an entire meal, the second time they didn't give us our condiments or straws, the third and fourth times they didn't give us fries. We will be ordering from Morristown from now on.
