The Creamy Cup catered to an event at the Medicine Shoppe in Jonesborough, and not only was the ice cream phenomenal, but I can’t say enough about the hospitality and friendliness and all around customer service—It was next level!

People were nice and all but 3 drinks, two of them were small coffees. $21 no receipt couldn’t see prices on the menus, not sure if the drive thru had prices, menus didn’t describe what was in the drinks, don’t know why things got so complicated or secretive.

It's a drive-thru/Walk-ip with a couple of outdoor tables. It's our go-to for specialty coffee, frozen drinks, and treats. Don't let the line out to the street dissuade you. It moves pretty fast, and it's worth it!

I Have heard great things about the creamy cup so I took a quick trip there and let me tell you it did not disappoint! The line moved quick and the staff was friendly and cheerful, I ordered the nolichuckey mud , creamy ice cream and the espresso is bold and smooth. I will definitely be back what a great find !
