My husband and I used Creamy Cup for our wedding this October. We had a hot cocoa and cider bar. It was a very big hit with all our guests. Very friendly staff. Delicious drinks, I normally don’t like hot apple cider but theirs was something else! I definitely recommend them for weddings, your guests will LOVE it!!

Super yummy coffee creations like Dubai chocolate latte with pistachio foam ! Toasty marshmallow latte with pumpkin spice foam! Great pungent frozen lemonade! Super lemony!

The people at Creamy Cup are great. They prepare the coffee just as expected and the coffee tastes great. It is a nice place to just sit and enjoy the coffee on a nice day. The prices are fair and the location is convenient. My favorite coffee shop in town.

I was in Greeneville on a little vacation here, and was introduced to this little place to get a snickerdoodle iced coffee with cold foam,😳 I fell in love with those on my first drink!!!! The rest is history!!!!! We rode through the drive thru, so can't leave any comments on the interior, and no food was purchased, we just got the drinks and ....... On a scale of 1-10= definitely a 20!!!!!! I LOVE them!!!!!!!🤗 I'll be going back there after Labor Day...... .. Might get two large ones for the road!!! I'll be heading back home, and might as well live in the moment with TWO of them!!! 🤔... Yep!!!! Honestly, they're soooooo good!!!!!!

The Creamy Cup catered to an event at the Medicine Shoppe in Jonesborough, and not only was the ice cream phenomenal, but I can’t say enough about the hospitality and friendliness and all around customer service—It was next level!

People were nice and all but 3 drinks, two of them were small coffees. $21 no receipt couldn’t see prices on the menus, not sure if the drive thru had prices, menus didn’t describe what was in the drinks, don’t know why things got so complicated or secretive.
