The manager at Hardee’s is not a very nice person and unprofessional as all get out… a customer asked for a refund and she said I’m about to make it right now and he said it’s taken so long that imma be late for church so can I please just get a refund, and she screamed out to everyone waiting in line “I’ve got to a refund for him so it’s gonna be a minute until I can get to y’all” bro you don’t act like that straight to a customer’s face

Very poorly in everything.We will not be back until they get new help.We didn't get everything we wanted.The order was messed up cause food was messed up.We didn't get our senior discount.Had to wait order 20 minutes.Its suspose to be fast food but it took a hour.The topping on the cake they didn't have no mustard at all ask for ketchup got 4 small packs of it and both me and my husband was eating.This is no way!

Stood at counter 15 minutes and the lady never took my order. Dude that was preparing food had to come around from back and take my order. The lady kept telling me get off the phone. She worried bout the wrong thing, she don't pay my phone bill. She need to do her job and not worry bout my phone. Shitty service. And fries were cold and stale. Will never go back to this Hardee's. There also was 2 people asleep laying on the tables. What kinda store you all running, not a very good one. I will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there. This is at union city Hardee's.
If you expect to get waited on at Hardee’s, Union City, you will not . Waited 20 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead, decided to go in, the shift manager was just chit chatting with someone and the lady at the register didn’t know what to do. Waited for 10 minutes and left..
I went through the drive through and was greeted by the most friendly shift manager. Her name was Keri. She was friendly and very helpful. The store was busy but she took her time with me and helped me with my food order. She made my day!
