Well, not too great but I think the employees change rather often. There has been more than one time I did not get the food I ordered. I don't live in Union City, Tn so after getting home with my order, there is nothing I can do about not getting what I paid for. They seem to be busy every time I go thru the drive thru. I've never been inside.

I agree the building is always a little chaotic but its union city and always packed. I couldnt catch anyones names because it was such a big line i just left when u got my coffee. July 24th around 1 pm. Shorter lady with glasses at the counter was very friendly and is the reason i got my coffee on time, and the tallish black girl dark hair and blue shirt also had glasses i think, ACED my iced coffee. soo good and what i needed in this heat and understood the assignment when i ordered plain. I wanted to give her recognition im very happy with my coffee

What an odd atmosphere I was traveling stopped in for a McFlurry with every expectation that the ice cream machine would be not functioning . When I ordered it and am was amazed that they said pull up. Waited in line paid at the first window. Waited for several people at the second window to be told to pull forward for their food. Get there and the young guy says gives me a weird look shuts the window and then comes back and says what did you order oh the McFlurry he says hold on. Comes back sorry no ice cream machine thumbs down. You want some coffee. Thanks I dont drink coffee, just would like my money back, then for about ten minutes waiting comes back they are getting your refund together I said it just $5 oh ok . Then he acts like it is my fault I didn’t want anything else beside the McFlurry or my money back. I know just a rant

Excellent customer service, didn't wait too long for our food, and our kids enjoyed the play place.
The wait in the drive thru line is usually long no matter when I go. Thanks workers are friendly and the food is really good. Not good about giving you a receipt especially if you make a mobile order. There's been times when I've picked up my order at the second window and the people at that window didn't have the right order because the people at the previous window weren't doing their job. It's best to get a receipt!

By far the worst McDonald's you can go to. Everytime we go there our order is wrong. 6 piece Chicken nuggets only get 3 nuggets. Ask for no pickle you get pickles. Ask for plan cheeseburger happy meal and you get get chicken nuggets!

Vegetarian options: Not enough. They are killing too many poor cows and pigs who would’ve had a whole life ahead them if it wasn’t for Mcdonalds
