The food’s not even that bad. It’s the employees and management that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Every time I go in there, I’ll be better off going back there and making it myself cause I’d actually get what I ordered the first time Or at least the second time I go in there and still get the wrong order Just shut the whole place down Or bring somebody in there they can actually run a business not Pedal paddle with pay check
I will be reaching out to corporate this is my second I've had to edit this because can't get it right in 5 months I guess actual fish marks on a sandwich

I waited forever in the drive thru with only 2 cars. Then tried using my mobile code for a frappe and ended up just buying it because they could not figure out how to input the code. And only got HALF of my large purchased mocha frappe full of whipped cream.

I ordered through the mobile app while in Kenton. I arrived at the store 10 mins later and had to wait another 20 mins in drive thru. I should have done curbside but I feel like I would've had just as long of a wait.

Was on my way back to Arkansas from Kentucky. Mcdonalds early Morning just hits different. This was totally clutch. STEAK EGG CHEESE ONION MCMUFFIN FOR THE WINNN!!!!

Went in for breakfast before 11am. Nobody was at the front counter at the time, I was the 3rd person waiting. I decided to order through kiosk. Placed an order by 10:58 for breakfast. Sat at the playground with my kids, in which was cold because the heat was not properly working. Worker came by after 11:10 to tell us that they were no longer fulfilling breakfast orders because it was after 11am. Was extremely rude and said we could get a refund or order lunch. I don’t see why they didn’t fulfill my order request if placed before 11am. Makes sense why they didn’t want to get everyone at the counter, they started taking orders after 11am to the people that was waiting. And told them they couldn’t do breakfast orders, but they had been waiting since before 10:50 for someone to take their orders.
Both playground and regular bathrooms were extremely nasty.

This place is the worst place in town. The cook that was working this morning needs to have a refresher in customer service. She was very rude over an extra piece of sausage that was ordered and put into the big breakfast meal instead of an extra box. Which when I placed the order I did not order the sausage for the big breakfast meal. So I did not look in the big breakfast platter to know that it was in there. I was looking for the extra box in my bag but she was extremely rude about. After I got home with the food we ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and received a sausage cheese bagel with no egg.

I ordered on the app to bring it to my table and this is the second time they have put my order on the counter without my knowledge when I requested it to be bought to my table. It’s really my only issue…I understand if yall are busy but they were not that busy at the time I ordered my food.

Waited forever in line then told to pull forward to wait some more, I got up extra early to be able to have breakfast. I waited so long I had to leave without my food or I’d be late for work it was a ridiculous long wait & I had already payed for my food I’m sad about it I was looking forward to having breakfas & I had to go with out it.

I was there around 6:30 pm on Nov 3, 2025. I was the only car in the drive thru and there were hardly any customers inside. Still, the person taking orders asked if I would be using the app. I said no and tried to order. That is when they told me to hold on. After a few minutes of holding on, I drove on around and left. One of the employees was hanging out of the window talking to someone in a car across the parking lot. I guess that is why they didn't have time to serve me.

ATTENTION EVERYONE BAD BUSSINESS ALERT
McDonald's the McDonald's in union city tn do not recommend at all the staff and mangers are totally not professional on 10/30/2025 at 225pm I went to McDonald's and got the following items in the pic bellow and I when I got to my house I looked in the bag and I got everything except my 2 cookies not a big deal just making g this post about the employee there bit I went back WITH my recipe and told the worker at the register that I am missing my cookies and showed my recipet and the manger that was standing off to the sighn not in the conversation open her mouth and said that they were in the bag because she put them in there I told her polity that they weren't in there then she said well you need to tar checking your bag eventime you come here I told her that when I spend money anywhere u should have to make sure everything is in there so the employee gave me the cookies then as I was walking out the store the manger started running her mouth again she said I can't get any thing else if I am missing it then I said I got you then went back out to my truck and got my bag and took it back in there and was going to show the manger but as soon as I set the bag down on the counter the manger picked it up and shoved it back in my face then she said we're done I then said well you should run your mouth then because it hurts when your proved wrong and then I asked for the phone number to corporate and the worker said yes and she said there's corporate that lady setting in the red sweater. Keep in mind that the corporate herd the whole thing and dint do anything about the problem then I told the employee and the manger that I will be leaving a bad review on goggle of I could I would leave a 0 out of 5 stars but there lucky that they get one there is something missing or wrong evrytime we go there.i just want to say that if anyone values your hard earning money don't go there. They have been reported to better business burrow aging I do NOT recommend anyone go there. We all deserve better than that expecly when you are giving the store money. For anyone that wants to say that I'm lying or anything my recipet is in the pics bellow.

I understand yall are busy in the mornings, but a short negative attitude doesnt help anyone, and not typing customer orders the way they order it on top of that nasty attitude is bad for business. And management apparently has the same dude based on how I was spoken to on the phone. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Stop taking it out on the customers. Union city is the worst customer service I've experienced from a McDonald's.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight as a reached the second window my small Dr Pepper was only filled up a quarter of the way with no ice in it. When I expressed to the girl my concerns she takes the cup, doesn’t give me any more Dr Pepper but puts maybe 4 ice cubes in it DOES NOT PUT THE LID BACK ON THE CUP, then hands me back the cup so forcefully Dr Pepper goes all over my clothes and my car, then slams the window! When I go to check my bag, my food was WRONG and I was missing sauces… by that time I was sooo mad, I just drove off. I knew that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and especially not after I called 6 times and got the same busy signal every time, I’m sure they took it off the hook so they wouldn’t have to deal with people after a certain time... They may as well just close the doors if they’re gonna have violent crew members, give out wrong orders, take the phone off the hook and closing the doors early!
