Well, not too great but I think the employees change rather often. There has been more than one time I did not get the food I ordered. I don't live in Union City, Tn so after getting home with my order, there is nothing I can do about not getting what I paid for. They seem to be busy every time I go thru the drive thru. I've never been inside.

I agree the building is always a little chaotic but its union city and always packed. I couldnt catch anyones names because it was such a big line i just left when u got my coffee. July 24th around 1 pm. The wait in the drive thru line is usually long no matter when I go. Thanks workers are friendly and the food is really good. Not good about giving you a receipt especially if you make a mobile order. There's been times when I've picked up my order at the second window and the people at that window didn't have the right order because the people at the previous window weren't doing their job. It's best to get a receipt!
