Ordered a cheeseburger..was dry, tasted horrible and had probably been sitting a while under a warming light. Coke was watered down. But the worst was an employee who was in the bathroom with me. He was in a stall, flushed, left the bathroom without washing his hands and went straight to the kitchen. Maybe that gave the burger a bad taste. Like the Seinfeld episode when Jerry refused to eat Poppie's pizza.

This McDonald's is one of the few with great service. Their employees are friendly and it's always clean inside. They know how to operate 2 drive thrus, so even with long lines it goes quickly. Kudos to those employees for doing a great job, keep it up!!

I understand that McDonald’s is a fast food chain however, when you spend $30 on a meal for two You would hope that the french fries weren’t soggy and cold And you could get the right chicken sandwich. Then, even after having them re-cook the fries and the chicken sandwich as the chicken sandwich you could tell had been deep-fried probably a dozen times prior to being served.. I watched them redrop old fries When I went in to talk to the manager, you would’ve swore I had a third eye bulging out of my forehead I understand McDonald’s is an entry-level job, but the owners of this location really need to speak to their employees. I can say by far that is the worst experience I’ve actually had at a McDonald’s
