They fix what they want, not what you order. I order hot and spicy mcchickens regularly but recently they keep giving out regular mcchickens. Food tends to be left out too long and tough. Don’t bother to call, it doesn’t do any good.

½ of the time the fries need to be replaced because they are stale and cold when you get them . The frappes are hit or miss as to if it will be blended enough that your straw doesn't clog every time you take a sip. And depending on who is working .. it's either got way too much of one ingredient and not enough of another. Every English muffin and or bunn seems to be microwaved into rubber edged hockey pucks and the employees always seem annoyed with the fact that you had the nerve to bother them. It's only getting worse over time.

Dayshift management is an absolute joke. Jordan is a terrible GM and lamelie, or however you spell his name, he's the supervisor and is terrible at his job, and his mannerisms are horrible. Nightshift management is absolutely awesome. Kenny, Debbie, and Scott are phenomenal managers. Dayshift crew is only as good as the management, that's not saying much. Nightshift crew are excellent because the management is excellent.

I ordered a $5 mcdouble meal and redeemed a regular cheeseburger add extra pickle. I received ice cold food, missing chicken nuggets for the $5 meal, and was given someone else's order as well. This place is too be on top, not any more. Yuck, I think they spit in my food. I could not get the workers to answer me after she threw the fix at me she disappeared to the back, and no one would help me. How rude! I did not eat the food I put it in the trash and will not be back!!!

The girls working should pay more attention to customers waiting & less time on their phones buying stuff from the TikTok shop. 3 up front, one was cleaning. The other 2 disappeared after the shopping conversation. Left the 1 cleaning to handle the counter & drive thru alone.
