I LOVE subway but I only go when I have coupons because they got so expensive Update 7/25 I get that all subways do not take the coupons.. the subway in vonore use to have a sign saying they take 2 coupons 699 footlong and the 2 for 12.99 ...I went today with a 2 for 1299 coupon and they said they don't take it anymore so I left.. the sign was taken down so I didn't think of it ...I had coupon in hand while ordering so they finished my sandwiches and then say they don't take it well I am not paying full menu price so I left ...sorry not sorry but now they got free lunch and I got subway at another location!!!!!! If you are not going to have a sign saying no coupons then you should ask before making subs! Menu prices are way to much for a sub

Just so you guys know this store does not accept coupons and then whenever you ask for a corporate number they tell us we cannot have it or a corporate name that the highest complaint we can make is only to the store manager I think this is bull crap put a corporate number on that door Sherry Garner

Ordered online serveral times… always wrong! The last time I ordered online.. I immediately called and said make sure the sauces are on the side! Ok.. The gal said on the phone! I told my husband make sure the sauces are on the side when you pick the sandwiches up…. He asked the gal at the counter, are the sauces on the side? Yep! No! None of the sauces were on the side by the time the sandwich went from Vonore to Greenback. They were soggy.! Called the gal and said you said the sauces were on the side she goes. I’m sorry we had already made them.! So she knew that she was selling us sandwiches that were incorrect! Call the manager and the manager said well you have to bring the sandwich back the same day in order to get a refund.. Or a remake! When the gal told me if you want to talk to a manager call that tomorrow!
This restaurant definitely does not hold their employees accountable to make excuses and they just try and get away bad service so they make money!

Subway sends out coupons religiously, a good thing! However Vonore doesn't honor but 1 of them, a bad thing. I understood it last year when prices were crazy. I am NOT understanding it now. In fact I won't go back until I know it's different. Get with the program Vonore Subway - honor my coupons.

They can’t take coupons, everyone. On the bottom of the coupon sheet it says “only at participating locations” they are not one. They can’t put a sign on the door that isn’t made by corporate, either. That’s the rule. When you go in, they ask “do you have a coupon other than the $6.99 one.” if you do, they say they can’t take it, no big deal. Order online if you wish to use them.

My wife and I went for supper at the subway in vonore, Tennessee. We received coupons in the mail and wanted to use them, especially the $12.99 for two subs. When we went into order the gentleman said we do not accept that coupon. They only accepted syrup coupons. What kind of policy is that for a business. We left that business and called Subway in Madisonville at the Ingles parking lot and they said they accept all coupons. We redo our business at that one. From now on, I suggest the franchise owner of vonore to change his policy and accept those coupons if you have coupons, do not go to vonore Subway.

The service was friendly. That's where it stops. The service is VERY slow (~45 min). This store is "not a franchise store" and AFTER waiting all that time, when we presented a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 (that we received in the mail and didn't mention this store being excluded), we were promptly told they could only accept the $6.99 coupon. I asked them where the sign was that mentioned this (there wasn't one). I told them if I had known that, I wouldn't have gotten the subs. Paying $32.67 before taxes for 3 subs is ridiculous. The coupons are sent out to help sales because corporate knows that is too expensive! We were told that since it is not a franchise store, the store owner could pick and choose which coupons she wanted to accept. I explained that not having a visible sign to that affect was poor business.
I will NOT visit this (Vonore) Subway store again!
