“Absolutely love the food here and the staff is so nice. But lately we haven’t been able to go in and eat there. It’s so ridiculously hot inside. Everyone is sweating. I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.“

“If your diet requires only healthy options then this southern home style chicken restaurant should remain a mystery but as i finish off my fried chicken tenders and fries/cole slaw in, i feel full and very satisfied about my great experience at Zaxby's“
