Cracker Barrel Reviews
Changing an iconic logo to fit "your" agenda is just WRONG! Fire the CEO and make Cracker Barrel what the PEOPLE want!
You usually get fresh , good food. I ate there late and it wasn’t as good.
The food has consistently gone down hill at our closest location (White House, Tn). It’s overcooked, often burnt, and really shouldn’t be served. Initially, we wrote it off to a bad day but this has been consistent for months. Our kiddos love it but I’m done paying $60+ for our family to eat less than sub par food.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store provides a mix of experiences. While the food is generally tasty, with menu items like Honey Bacon Chicken, the service and atmosphere can sometimes be inconsistent. Some customers have mentioned issues with temperature, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of staff, especially during busy times. Despite this, the restaurant offers good wheelchair accessibility with ample parking and ramps. The warm, rustic atmosphere with old-fashioned decor creates a comfortable environment. The menu features classic Southern comfort food, including biscuits, meatloaf, and chicken and dumplings. Portions are usually good, though some have noticed they are slightly smaller for the same price, and on occasion, dishes haven't been as hot or flavorful as expected. The country store adds a nice touch, offering unique gifts and snacks. Overall, it’s a decent place for a no-frills meal, but the experience can vary. The restaurant is generally kid-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and options like chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and pancakes. A small play area near the entrance helps keep children entertained while waiting, though peak times can be noisy.
