The best Mexican restaurant around....great staff and service...and the food...awesome as always... have to eat here when I come back to White House,TN!
This has been one of my favorite places to eat Mexican in a long time. I have never had an unpleasant experience until today. The food overall was pretty good. The chips tasted a bit more cooked than normal but the kids and I still ate them. We ordered four waters. Two of our cups had stuff floating in them and one of our bowls to put cheese dip in was dirty as well. While this wouldn’t typically upset us, we could just get new waters or a clean bowl, the issue was our server. He never stopped long enough for us to address it, and seemed to be in a rush the entire time. The one time he finally came to our table, he sad nothing, grabbed my son’s empty cup left to refill it, dropped it off and left again. This happened so fast that my daughter and I went without water the entire time. The second time he finally made it to our table we were all done eating and needing the check. Overall the food is usually great and the service is normally good.

I’ve eaten here for years and always enjoyed my time here up until tonight. My wife was served food with hair in it. When we pointed it out and asked for it to be remade, our waiter tried saying it was probably my wife’s hair even though it was buried in the rice as she started to eat.. We did not ask for the meal to be comped. We simply wanted it remade without hair in it and we were made to feel suspect for asking this. After the food was brought to our table, our service notably dropped off a cliff.
After we got our check, I brought the situation to the attention to those working up front. They offered no type of apologies for the situation. It was as if I was bothering them by bringing it up.
Overall, an awful experience tonight. A little customer service IQ would have gone a long way. I will not be back.
