Fuji is a hidden gem in a shopping strip that serves incredible food with exceptional service. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious appetizers and fresh sushi rolls. The hibachi is a highlight, with customers raving about the delicious steak and scallops. Diners have enjoyed fresh, tasty Dragon Roll, Dancing eel roll, and the fabulous shaggy dog roll. The double shrimp roll was also ordered. The staff are generally kind and attentive, with one server bringing red roses, although some guests noted that service could be a little slow at times. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and while it has a dive strip mall location vibe, the food is worth it. Fuji is a wonderful dining experience that leaves customers wishing it was in their hometown.
