They supposedly close at 10 and the “open” sign is on, but it’s 9:20 and the doors are locked.

But what do you expect? I’m guessing they don’t pay their employees much, so they get garbage people to work there.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS!
I stopped in this location on Monday September 23rd. I walked up to the door at 9:01pm. The door was locked and the sign on the door said they were open until 10:00pm. 2 young ladies were standing at the counter talking. They noticed me standing at the door and yelled "We're closed!" I then pointed to the sign on the door and one came to the door and said "that sign is wrong, sorry, not my problem." Apparently even though you are supposed to be in the customer service business it certainly isn't your strong suit. Needless to say I will not be visiting your location again.

Stopped in for a bite and to use restrooms. Men's restroom was out of order. Women's restroom had flies, urine all over the floor, missing toilet tank cover, broken toilet tank, no paper towel option, dirty sink. It was filthy. One employee had a scrubber brush in her hand, then picked up an order of fries with the same hand. We didn't order food because if this is the same restroom the employees use, and they aren't washing their hands after handling non-kitchen tools and before touching food, and if they aren't at least using gloves...

No one knew what was going on, she couldn't work the register but she did finally figure out how to do the ice cream. The girls were doing their best but someone should be ashamed of themselves for leaving them on their own. It was horrible but I don't blame them I blame the manager. Thought I never saw one. Don't go here unless you have patients. Plus 2 meals cost me 42$.

Learned my lesson the 2nd time. Blizzard’s are always missing something. This time it was the chocolate fudge in the Heath blizzard. This used to be our go-to stop on the way home.

Service was good. I bought a large fry and my box was a little empty. I asked for more fries and they gave me some so I am a satisfied customer.
