“If you come in want a good waitress, asked for Abby and Gracie because Paula is no good we waited on her for 20 minutes. The host and another server told her twice that she had our table and she ignored them. She was standing at the next table over talking and not doing her job. Abby ended up taking our order and apologized for our wait. The food is good.”

Annnnd I am super big about customer service. This group of people working today 1/11/26 11:22 am were the epitome of everything I love! In customer service, knowledge and personality!

“Stopped here while traveling from Little Rock to Knoxville. Burger was really good and service was very sweet. I asked for a girl because I can't eat buns and server offered to make me another burger without a bun. I'll probably stop here on the way back. it has nothing to do with the AWESOME Blizzard I got😄🤣”

“Absolutely love this Subway. The owners and all of the staff are kind and on point about providing exceptional customer service. Definitely, the best Subway that I've ever been to. I always opt in to the double meat so my meal purchases are higher. Working 3rd shift, I eat half of the sub before work and the other half on lunch break. Average $20 for the sub and two drinks. Not a bad deal at all being that one meal at a fast food joint will cost $12 - $15 for ONE meal.”

“No one would come take an order so I eventually ordered on the kiosk, then a woman and grandkids most likely came in and was getting concerned since she didn't know how to use the kiosk, another woman said she was there to pick up door dash but no one had acknowledged her the whole time which was several minutes. Food was just as it should be though.”

“I feel like the workers are always friendly and happy to help. I order for 5 and there is almost always something not as ordered (missing sauces, items not omitted from Zalad, etc) but they always fix it. If you order drive thru check your order for sure. In closing...why do they keep the dining room so cold? It can be 40 degrees outside and they'll have the AC on the "walk in fridge" setting. Appreciative of the hard working staff.”
