I feel like the workers are always friendly and happy to help. I order for 5 and there is almost always something not as ordered (missing sauces, items not omitted from Zalad, etc) but they always fix it. If you order drive thru check your order for sure.
In closing...why do they keep the dining room so cold? It can be 40 degrees outside and they'll have the AC on the "walk in fridge" setting.
Appreciative of the hard working staff.

I am absolutely head over heels in love with the Nashville, hot chicken fingers with the rub on the fries as well. Absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly ordering was very easy. I’ve done online and in store and I’ve had no problems either way.
Compared to others, best in west TN

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant known for its tasty food, including chicken tenders, buffalo wings, and the Fried Chicken Philly. The food is usually prepared in a timely manner and served warm. Customers appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, although some have noted that the attitude towards serving customers has declined over time. There have been instances where the portion sizes have decreased and the taste has become inconsistent, with some meals like the grilled chicken sandwich occasionally arriving raw, though staff generally fix mistakes quickly. Many customers still feel that the restaurant offers good value for the quality of food received, and some believe it has the best food in Lexington. Overall, the restaurant can be busy, which may lead to longer wait times, but the staff’s effort to serve customers well remains a positive aspect.
