McDonald's in parkers crossroads is by far the best McDonald's.

One of the kiosk was down. I ordered from the counter. Very friendly cashier. She was new but was not trained confidently. She had a genuine smile and did not get upset with my confusion with the app. It gave me a code as soon as I opened the app. I wanted the $6 meal combo. She said the app that popped up was for a caramel frappé. The co-worker male said wait 15 mins and try again. Standing there another code popped up. I thought it was the $6 combo he said no, it is just saying you have earned points. It did this several more times. Then he gets the manager. She was gracious and patient and got us out and back on the road back to Memphis. Great Manager and female cashier. She will be awesome with her great customer service skills after her training is stronger.

Kiosk only ordering and the kiosks do not allow you to order combo meals so you're forced to pay a la carte prices. Also 0 ketchup packets or dispensers available and since no one actually runs the registers you're just out of luck unless someone finally shows up to give you like 2 packets.

Double drive through. Went through outside lane. Attendant acknowledged I was there. Asked I wait a minute. After Three vehicles using inside lane, all who arrived after me, were served;I proceeded to pay window. Was informed would have to circle around to end of line. Acknowledged I was passed over unfairly, blamed it on speakers. If that was true; A) How could they have spoken to me from that Lane? B) Why would I have to circle around to end of line because they knowingly have defective equipment? Refused to move. Demanded to speak with Mgr. Bright spot was Mgr. immediately allowed me to order without some sort of perfunctory ridiculous argument.

Ordered our food then had to wait forever for a honey mustard to go with the nuggets. Then she was annoyed when we asked for another one. Had her manager come up and charge us 33 cents for another one. They were all to busy looking outside trying to figure out why the cops were there to take care of customers. I’m sorry I interrupted your talking time with coworkers to ask for a honey mustard. So rude grow up and do your job!
