I went on Monday night 9-23-24 at 8:40pm and the young man working locked the door and turned the lights off as I was walking up. I’m wondering why the hours say open till 9 if the door is going to be locked 20 minutes early? I will remember this in the future and take my business elsewhere.

Stop on our trip around 8:30 they were already closed and you can plainly see into the restaurant. The 2 employees (girl) eating and playing around. Call the restaurant they were already closed great business etiquette. They missed out on a couple orders as people pulled in and left cause they had closed 30 minutes early.
Two ladies worked together and have fast, friendly, positive service. They delivered our food fresh and fuss free!

The hours on the door clearly says they are open until 9:00pm. I have been here multiple times around 8:15pm or 8:30pm and have been told they were closed. That's not very good customer service. Either stay open for as long as you are supposed to or change the hours on the door and the Google homepage. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich so it shouldn't be a problem if someone shows up 30 minutes before closing time.
