Second time, now 11/15/24 vs. their epic failure grand opening. Raw, cold center, again. Even specified "WELL DONE" in order online. Delivery. RED BARRON called, quit selling their products! Actually, not fair. Their products have toppings, cheese and better crust! And I know when done. That wasn't fair, sorry RED BARRON!!! Winchester PIZZA HUT, Never again!!!

Update, very disappointed with their management handle my complaint, regional manager has no plan to respond my request. ~~~~~ First time ordering from this store, everything and everyone were new, they're not familiar with the menu and additions. Ordered pasta dishes, but missing breadsticks. Will update review after their management response to my complaint.

Ordered double pepperoni, look like less pepperoni than a normal, plus there were places in middle with no topping, the crust was exposed. Sit at the window some minutes watching pizza in hand but a conversation was the priority.

It's a drive through so no atmosphere really. I despised being asked "how much do you want to tip", instead of asking if I would like to add a tip. The Monteagle Pizza Hut employees NEED to come back and train these employees how to make a proper Pizza, namely the taco Pizza. The Monteagle Pizza Hut is 1000 times better!

It was the grand opening so I can't really complain I know they were running balls to the wall (they were very busy)so I'll update the review after our next order. we got the dinner box and didn't get any of our sauces and I wasn't into the pan pizza but I usually love pizza hut and I'm thinking it was just because they were ungodly busy! I'll DEFINITELY update my review next order!

Called in an order, employee was the rudest person I have ever met. Truly feel as if they are going to be closed just as fast as they open. There way of doing things makes no sense and it only feels as if they are being lazy.

Waited for nearly 2 hours for 2 sandwiches and a order of breadsticks staff was nice but the manager I believe his name was Richard very rude and unprofessional wasn't a very good experience

Food was hot and tasted fine, it took an hour to get and it was chaos both inside and outside the building because nobody was getting food. Complete disorder, I hope the work out the kinks in the process, the day of my visit was a disaster
