To be honest they do not do their job properly. We came here around 8:20 pm and we went through the drive through at first and the girl that was taking our order was so rude. She rushed us through our entire order. I wanted liquid sugar in my latte and she rung up real sugar, which by the way me and my fellow McDonald’s workers know there is a difference between the two when your beverage is iced. The real sugar doesn’t dissolve in iced beverages and me personally, it’s too grainy. So when we told her we weren’t done she sat there in silence and we had no idea if she even got what we ordered so we just drove off. We didn’t call her any names we just decided ordering it for ourself is the only way we were going to get it right. I work at McDonald’s and it’s honestly not that hard to listen to what we order and push buttons. When we went inside she was talking about us. I got my order right on the kiosk by myself. If I could give some constructive criticism, it would be that communication is key and her communication could have been better. We had no idea what was going on on the other side of the screen. I could never be this rude to customers. In fact I’m not rude at all so I can’t begin to understand what her problem was and even the most rude people come to my McDonald’s.

I ordered a large premium coffee, but they gave me a small cup placed inside a large cup. When I asked about it, they said it was double-cupped because the first cup was acting funny. It's not fair to try to cheat a customer over coffee due to laziness. If they would cheat someone over coffee, what else will they cheat you over?

This place needs all new staff. Parked for 20 minutes. Treated very disrespectful when we asked for our order. Then to be screamed at by a very rude blonde when she brought out the wrong order, after we confirmed our order inside the first time we asked for it while the manager just watched.
