Normally I love a good sonic treat, but no ice cream cones? Not a matter of stock, but just not doing them at all? Deal breaker.

I ordered for pickup 2 smashburger combos one had no cheese add Mayo ketchup lettuce tomato. The other cheese extra smash sauce extra pickles add Mayo easy lettuce easy tomato with dill tots add shredded cheese with a cherry limeade extra cherries easy ice. However I received the one that was supposed to have extra dill pickles only had one both sets tots were old and on my cherry limeade had extra cherry syrup instead of real cherries like I had asked for. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working. People order food and that's how they expect to get it. You can tell when someone does not take pride in their work. And the burgers were just slapped together falling to the side

This sonic is the worst one I've ever gone to. This isn't a one time problem, it's the fact that there's a problem with the system 50 percent of the time I go. Now I've been on hold with customer service for a refund from an app order for ten minutes because their system is down but the app is still taking orders. I asked the owners name today because it's become such an issue. Erica that owns this sonic is a complete failure to the sonic brand and hopefully someone in corporate realizes that soon.
The service here is terrible, rude, attitude with these women could use some improvement. They can't even handle the one job they have that doesn't take much of your brain to do. I have to use the sonic in Murfreesboro just to get what I need. Every single time I come to woodbury sonic it's a mess.
Me and my sister waited 45 minutes for two corn dogs, a small pickle fry, and a breakfast burrito meal. When i opened the burrito it fell apart and went everywhere and the egg was scorched also not trying to be hateful but the tea tasked like dirty mop water. Don’t recommend.
