“This place has my favorite red curry in the Dallas area but, I stopped going out of frustration because they kept forgetting to put basil in my food which was part of the ingredients listed.
It would not have been a problem to keep asking to add it, I just ran into a very rude counter employee who said ‘that’s not my job to add basil’ then proceeded to dump the curry on the chefs in the back who seemed not to understand what he was asking them to do. I saw them remake the curry. I felt so bad for the Latin ladies in the back at how they got screamed at I decided it wasn’t worth it. If it’s not the person in the counter’s job to take care of a missing ingredient, the guy should not have been working there.“
