“As a Caribbean person in Houston I’ve had a hard time finding authentic Caribbean cuisine. I stumbled across Sonia’s Kreyol Kitchen on uber. I’m happy that I gave it a try. I was skeptical. I thought it was going to be another disappointment. Not so. I got the griot with rice and peas. The rice and peas were cooked to perfection. The cabbage pikliz especially was so tasty. It went great on the griot. I would return. I’m happy to have found some good Haitian food in Houston.“

“So i tried this place today. I am a sucker for a good customer service no matter who walk through your door(money is money). When I walked in the hostess was kinda cold so my first thought was another Nigeria place with attitude but I was determined to try it anyways, when the cook came out(I think she might be the owner) her attitude and presence was warm and friendly so needless to say I will be going back. As for the food.....Taste= 4/5 Portion= 5/5 cleanliness= 5/5 Customer service = 3/5“

“I definitely would recommend this Haitian restaurant. The food was well seasoned and hot . I got the turkey in sos spicy which was really good . The rice and beans were cooked to perfection . I also got the pineapple lemonade which was really good and sweet add a little water to cut the sweetness but still good . I will definitely order from here again and it wasn’t far from me .“
