“All in all very nice and friendly people our server Paradise was super. She was very nice and brought out our order in a timely manner. We went late around 10ish pm and the atmosphere was nice. People were just enjoying the food and having conversations. The staff looked like they enjoyed working with each other. All in all I would definitely come back“

“We were in the area getting my car fixed and needed something quick to eat, you know we all love Waffle House so we hot an uber and headed there. It was really clean and the staff was pleasant but let me tell you this is the best Waffle House food I have had. The food was so good 😊 it tasted like Sunday morning breakfast at Grandma house. “I want to address Waffle House fans here. You know who you are.
You know as well as I do that there are good Waffle Houses, and dysfunctional, poorly-run, deplorable Waffle Houses. And frankly, when visiting a location for the first time, one must take the Forrest-with-the-box-of-chocolates approach- never knowing what you're gonna get.
I was taking granddaughter #1 (age 14) to the orthodontist, and wanted to take her to the closest Waffle House- turned out to be this one. She's been a fan since I first took her to one when she was 8.
So let me assure you, this was the REAL Waffle House experience that we wanted- the customer-oriented, no filter, genuine personalities working there, having a good day, making us happy to be there, thinking we made a good choice. Food was fast and hot and exactly as ordered, and the store was clean.

“Service was chaotic. Crew seemed inexperienced. Place was busy, but a few seats available. When I got there there was a crew member cleaning the ceiling tiles, happy to see, but maybe not during breakfast rush on a Sunday morning. Crew needs more time together. I finished my food but had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my ticket, while the gentleman next to me had his ticket early, then waited 20+ minutes for his food, and it wasn't correct the first time. Food was ok. Taste was great, waffle wasn't full size, and grits had some chunks in it. Crew needs work/experience.“
“On an early weekday morning, it was nice and slow. The food came out quick and was fresh. My only issue is they gave me grits, but it clearly said hash browns on the ticket. I like grits, so I didn’t complain, but on a slow morning with one other customer there, it’s a concerning error to make, but not worth losing a full star for. Thanks for the food!! As affordable as always.“

“The only reason for the 5 star review is because of the cook! I don’t know his name but he works that grill and his food is 100 EVERY TIME! I tip him every time I decide to come to the Waffle House. The wait staff can be more attentive to their customers. They have personal conversations with each other and do not check on their customers regularly. They bring you the food and that’s it. I will be coming back only because of the COOK!!! Sometimes. Good food outweighs poor service. I understand they can get busy at times but you should still be able to move around as needed. Then get mad when there is no tip left. Manager needs to train the staff to be like the COOK!!!!!!! I would be here everyday!!!!“
“Service was disorganized. There didn't seem to be anyone who knew what they were doing. Bacon, ordered crispy, came out kind of cooked on one side and raw on the other. Sent back, and only marginally cooked on raw side, certainly not crispy. I expect better from WH, have been to them in multiple states and it is usually a great food experience, cooked well and exactly as ordered.“
