Staff was extremely friendly, food was remarkably good, the strawberry cheesecake was the icing on the cake, 10/10.

Ordered a whole smoked chicken to go. Got home and noticed a small tag on the outside of the plastic covering that stated SALE 1 22. We assumed that was the sale by date. The date we bought it was 1 31! Called the restaurant with our concern and the gentleman said that date was the date the chicken came in form the distribution folks cold and not to worry. Then why was the tag placed on the outside of the wrapper? Sorry for bothering you believing the explanation. We trashed it to be safe. Last trip to Still Smoking and too bad since we’re neighbors.

We ordered the three-meat plate to share — brisket, turkey, and sausage — with jalapeño beans, cole slaw, plenty of fixins, and Texas toast. The portions were generous… more than enough for both of us, and we were left completely satisfied.
The brisket was tender and flavorful, the turkey was juicy, and the sausage had great seasoning with just the right kick. The sides were just as impressive, especially the jalapeño beans.
I forgot to take a “before” photo, but the empty container says it all — the food was that good. We’ll definitely be back!

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. No one in line in front of me. Ordered 2 pounds of meat, walked out 25 minutes later. Didn’t even know that was possible. I could have walked behind the counter and walked out 23 minutes quicker.
Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.
Also got served food that I’m allergic to. Specifically said no jalapeño sausage. Got served it. Didn’t discover until I got home. Disappointing and honestly worse than a damn Taco Bell at 3am.
Avoid.
Great bbq! We loved the brisket, sauce, beans and cole slaw. People next to us got a potato with a pile of meat and it looked so good. There were a lot of options. A local next to us said that this is his favorite spot.
The location was easy for us to get to heading north on I 35.

Brisket was very average and dry. Ribs were rubbery. Not what I expected from the reviews. I want to like it bc the service and atmosphere were great.

The marbled (moist) brisket was super tender! The pork ribs tasted like smoked turkey legs and I loved it! Stop by and give'em a try!

The greens we're almost soggy because they sit in the canister on the line for hours
