I initially gave this business a poor rating for a couple of reasons. After my post, the owner reached out and was very apologetic and offered to make things right. I have no doubt that the issue I experienced won't be happening again. Give 32 degrees a visit for a cold sweet treat and support the owners who truly care about the quality of their products and service provided.
Our 1st time to try 32 Degrees Gourmet Ice Cream was tonight & we will be back. Fantastic ice cream, wide assortment of flavors & the prices are reasonable given the quality of the ice cream. Very dense & full of flavor. We both ordered 2 scoops in a cup. I had the Dark Chocolate Cherry & White Chocolate Almond, and husband had the Dark Choc. Cherry & then Coconut. Owner heard that I liked a certain flavor of ice cream they hadn’t had out lately. She promised my husband it would be out next time I came in. It’s been out every time for the last three times we’ve come. I really appreciate her remembering! Also best ice cream in town hands down. We are regulars, meaning we eat way too much ice cream.
