Well since it's a drive thru I guess you can only judge the atmosphere of your own car. I've never had any issues with their service, although they are a young staff, they keep things friendly and rolling pretty quickly. I'm not a coffee person so I only get smoothies here which are delicious. Only complaint is the price, but then again, every place you go to you can have that complaint.

Never got served. I rolled up to the window in my wheelchair and was told someone would be right there to take my order. My Mother and I sat there for over 10 minutes and nobody ever acknowledged us beyond that initial greeting. Meanwhile, car after car came and went through the drive thru, including several cars that arrived long after we did. After watching everyone be served but us, we walked away empty handed. It was very hot outside and not comfortable. Very disappointed and most likely won’t be back.
