Went there on a Friday for HH - zero people there. Still had to get water in from the self serve cooler vs the bar. Martinis were waaay too dirty and not cheap. No ambiance nor personality from the bar tender. And they no longer serve food.

Amendment 21 is my favorite spot in Abilene. Chill atmosphere and great bartenders. Great spot for happy hour with coworkers.
