Went there today well the drive through employee was high as a kite and picked her hand then started to mess with my drink right after. Did not wash or clean her hands either. Wife ran in to complain and there was. No one to be found except a random guy that was tweaking out of his mind. Will not be going back im surprised my food is ok.

As we no longer have an Arby's in San Angelo I take every opportunity to visit one. Still, in my opinion, the best roast beef sandwich in the fast food world. And potato cakes are BACK!! Whoever at HQ decided to do away with them should be severely chastised.

The white/Mexican guy working drive thru was sooooooo rude. My husband even commented on his lack of customer service skills and he couldn't have cared less.. get this guy out the window because I'd rather drive across town than deal with him again. Why work a job you don't want? I didnt make you apply there bro chill.. However food was good, great even. Fresh and hot. Hats off to the cook!

I saw the Philly beef and cheese online and it looks so good. It was horrible, mostly a cheese gravy with some pieces of beef and some small diced onions and peppers. I would not recommend for $10 just for the sandwich.
Waste of $$. Their chicken has changed. It’s like kid size tender. They’re gross rib meat chicken. Only thing that was good were the fries. All of their food has gone downhill in my opinion. It’s usually fresh but the quality is not there.
