We came in this evening and it was a really bad experience. There is a group of teenage boys that work in there, who are using the store as their playground. The young lady was trying to help us but the boys working the drive through were cutting in front of her scooping the ice cream and yelling at each other. I had to wait on them to quit yelling at each other before I could finish telling her my order. Combine that with the ridiculously loud music and it’s definitely not a place I want to visit again.

Uber Eats needs to remove BR from the app. Clearly there is no communication on what is unavailable on the menu. This is the 3rd time ordering something that shows available then after the driver sits there 30 minutes they say they don’t have that item smh. Then mark it unavailable! We will never order from BR again.

What’s the point of online ordering or even in store ordering if you are never going to have the flavors advertised online in stock. I’m sick of the same old thing every time. Can’t wait for Braums to open, gonna take all their business. Franchise owner should just pull out and let the building be used for something better.

I came here to pick up a doordash and the girl with the speech problem told me she couldn't do my order. First she asked if it was for another name so I showed her my phone to confirm the order n she says she can't make it so I confirmed back to her to make sure I understand correctly and as I walked off she tells me "have a good day" in a sarcastic way n starts laughing immaturely. Very unprofessional n disrespectful.

I drove 30 minutes to Abilene so I could purchase several quarts of hand packed ice cream for an event. Arrived at 10:30 am and was told that they couldn't sell me any ice cream because they hadn't pulled it from the cooler yet. There were 3 people working, no one else in the store, and one person in the drive thru. Very sad and unacceptable.

I guess they have a contract with Uber and well if you pick up an order let's say a banana split like Baskin-Robbins may have been known for they don't have any of that stuff that they want for banana split that they ordered so I don't know why it's on the menu and the girl is just sitting there on the counter leaning on the counter like there's nothing else
