I drove 30 minutes to Abilene so I could purchase several quarts of hand packed ice cream for an event. Arrived at 10:30 am and was told that they couldn't sell me any ice cream because they hadn't pulled it from the cooler yet. There were 3 people working, no one else in the store, and one person in the drive thru. Very sad and unacceptable.

I guess they have a contract with Uber and well if you pick up an order let's say a banana split like Baskin-Robbins may have been known for they don't have any of that stuff that they want for banana split that they ordered so I don't know why it's on the menu and the girl is just sitting there on the counter leaning on the counter like there's nothing else

I came here to pick up a doordash and the girl with the speech problem told me she couldn't do my order. First she asked if it was for another name so I showed her my phone to confirm the order n she says she can't make it so I confirmed back to her to make sure I understand correctly and as I walked off she tells me "have a good day" in a sarcastic way n starts laughing immaturely. Very unprofessional n disrespectful.

Got large strawberry banana almost 10 bucks which should have got half gallon blue bell and bananas for same price and be able to taste the flavor ONLY good thing unlike others U can actually drink there's but they only used very little ice cream couldn't really taste nothing

Horrible customer service. They made three of the four things we ordered them started making other orders after ours. Leaving the kids stuff to melt complete while waiting for the rest of our order. Then got an attitude when we asked why they hadn't made ours yet but we're making other people stuff. The place was also dirty. Rude employees & dirty location. I'll do without next time.

Just arrived here with my kids. As soon as I got to the front door, the employee put a note on the door and locked it. The note said “lobby closed”. Then walked back to the drive through window where 2-3 other employees were standing there doing nothing but talking. Going to ColdStone. Much better customer service experience.

Brought my daughter and grandson for a treat ,lady took our order quickly but then passed the baton to a boy with long ponytail that refused to speak or acknowledge customers he seemed so agrivated to serve or even be there, he rang us up 2 shakes one cone 6 donuts not a big order. I got the cone from 8first lady that took order then she had the boy make the shakes he took a while so we decided to sit till he called our order ready . We'll never got the call my grandson kept looking at counter and finally saw our shakes a register. I walked up and I said oh sorry I didn't know they were up here and ready !loud enough for manager to hear she quickly walked over and apologized and brought us 6 more donnuts to make our wait right . I was surprised and said thank you . I'm sure she saw his actions. She said she didn't realize he just left them with no word too pick up.she apologized he didn't he just glared at me. So thank you manager but the boy needs to be fired or get customer service training. P s put the long ponytail tail in a hair net . And comunicate with your customers . Seriously.

They've seemed to be out of things on 3 different visits in the last. Came in last month no donuts at 730pm. Then ordered a milkshake and staff commented "I cleaned it for nothing I guess." Which I was under the impression they closed at 9pm. GioCame another time no Eggs. Now today no eggs and no ice cream. I order 2 different ice coffees in the drive thru. Staff had poor attitudes and only gave us 1. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. Just handed the coffee and closed the window. We weren't even able to ask for the other coffee because she walked away. Don't waste your time here. Better off going to McDonald's or Starbucks.
