We celebrated a retirement tonight at the Behive in Abilene, Texas, and while it was a bit of a wait for a table that would accommodate our large group, it was worth the wait.
The filet minion was tender as butter, the salmon was perfect, the rolls were artisan quality, the red velvet surpassed all expectation.
Service was outstanding as well.

Top restaurant in Abilene. Tablecloths restaurant with generous servings that are consistently outstanding! Get there early and have everyone in your party present to get seated. Worth the wait! Easily spend way more than $20 per plate but well worth it. And they have some items that are budget friendly. I got the special, house salad, unsweet tea and got away for $20 plus tip.

Nice spot for a date night or family dinner. Not a large menu short and sweet with special off the menu items. Service was friendly, our server kept close and served with a smile. My wife's steak was a little less than medium as she had liked, it was more red than pink but it still tasted great, especially with the delicious crab ontop.
