We usually always get a mocha, it's always great. I recently tried their lavender matcha....it was delicious

hours are ridiculous but that’s not why i’m leaving a low review. before they were statesman (and was called big country) they had the best coffee for the best prices in town. now the $4 small coffee went to $8. for a small coffee. they also randomly changed their reward system, so i lost about 3 free drinks worth of points. it’s really disappointing since they used to be so many people’s favorites but the quality has just declined for the price

Toffee nut latte was not the best I’ve ever had. Tasted the city water through it and wasn’t pleasant.

I love Statesman Coffee (Treadaway) and always enjoy my dirty chai latte. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. Today, I ordered my usual latte and noticed that it was noticeably less than full— it only had less than 3/4..the rest was foam. Considering my past experiences here, I assumed it was just an off day and decided to reach out to the staff to let them know about the issue. I don’t remember who I spoke with but she was incredibly understanding and apologetic about the situation. She acknowledged the mistake and offered to remake our drinks right away. Unfortunately, I was already at work and could not take the time to go back. Instead, she promptly refunded my money without hesitation. While the initial disappointment of receiving less than a full cup of coffee was there, I truly appreciate the way Statesman handled the situation. Their customer services was top notch - they listened, apologized sincerely, and took immediate action to make things right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business responds to those mistakes that truly sets them apart. I’ll continue to frequent Statesman for their great coffee and now, even more so, for their exceptional customer care!

Drove over 300 mi without a coffee shop insight. Was nice to finally grab some! The blonde gal at the window was super sweet, fast and efficient. And we showed up right before closing! Thank you!

Just went by the S. 14th location and Alysha made me the best drinks. Will def be back to try others!! The Customer service was excellent and she was very patient as this was my first time coming.
